What if I can't find a specific product I want?

If you can't find a product you are looking for on our site - we will find it for you! Click here and fill out the product request form and we'll do our best to track it down and get back to you with the cost and estimated delivery date before you confirm your order.

What payment options do you offer?

Credit Card

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Diners Club & American Express.

Internet Banking/Direct Credit

You can choose to purchase our products using internet banking/direct credit into our bank account once your order has been placed. Your goods will be processed as soon as we have received your payment into our account.

You can make payment by cheque which can be made out to Life Resources Limited and posted to us with a printout of your order to:

Do you charge for delivery?

All deliveries to NZ address do not incur any delivery fee.

International deliveries will incur a delivery fee based on the weight of the product. Fee will be calculated on an individual order basis and advised.

When will my order be delivered?

All products will be delivered within 3 days of you placing the order. If we cannot deliver your goods within 3 days we will contact you at which time you can either confirm the order or cancel the order.

Is there a minimum order amount?

No - there is no minimum order amount.

Can I have a different delivery address to my billing address?

Yes you can - when you go through the check-out process, under the heading 'Delivery Information' there is a link to 'Add a new Delivery Address'.

This makes it perfect to send our goods as gifts.
